Distributorship Model

Washington DC will be divided into four territories, (NW,NE,SW & SE) and each sector will be sold to separately to either a franchisees or a developer. These franchise agencies or models will originate general zip code mailings as well as niche market mailers. Once, a territory is sold each model owner can originate there own mailings while the parent company maintain the city wide mailing until local mailings reach more than 100,000 mailings quarterly. Local franchise owners can mail business-to-business, business-to- consumers and other combinations when they find clients to support them.

The AdverMailer Advertiser is a direct market mailer that is mailed to targeted households within a territory defined by zip codes. These mailers are mailed to residential households and/or or business owners. They can also be mailed to selected lists using criteria such as gender, income, number of children, age and geographic locations

However, the AdverMailer Advertiser ™ takes co-op mailing to a new level, with a new type of niche market mailer model and franchise. These direct market mailers are originated by schools, churches, real-estate, childcare services, charter school  and other small & medium size business owners.  The AdverMailer Advertiser ™ is a direct market mailer that is sold in both franchises and business model distributorships, These distributorship can be ran from home.
